Nguyen Thi Binh participates in a meeting, during which Guido Fanti (Regional President) and Silvano Armaroli (President of the Regional Council) speak. Footage of the visit alternates with images of war crimes in Vietnam and various institutional and citizen-led demonstrations of solidarity.
